This site is a resource for current and potential students of Jackie and her fellow teachers. Simply follow the links on the left if you want to know more about Jackie, the style of yoga taught and the location and times of her current classes.

This is Hatha Yoga and each class will consist of an initial Breathing and Limbering session and slowly moving on to the Posture aim of the class. There is also Relaxation at the end of every session, with Meditation in some classes as appropriate. PLEASE NOTE the new Introduction to Meditation on Thursday evenings.

You will find details of yoga classes easily accessible from Ruislip, Harrow, Northwood, Hillingdon, Eastcote, Pinner, Ickenham and, in fact, all of Middlesex and the surrounding areas.

SUMMER SCHOOL 2016 - with Jackie Barker - PDF - WORD - MAP

BEGINNERS YOGA - The Monday 8:00pm and Tuesday 7:30pm classes with Natasha specialise in introducing beginners to Yoga.

ALL CLASSES (except Wednesday 8pm) are mixed ability and suitable for beginners.

ADVANCED YOGA - An in-depth study of Yoga is offered on Wednesdays at 8pm for practising students.

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION - Thursday 7.30pm. This class will consist of a normal Asana/Posture session, followed by 20 minutes of Meditation. This will be on-going and offer a different emphasis and concentration exercise each week. Chairs will be available for students who find it difficult to sit on the floor for too long.
